John Podesta, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s 2016 national campaign chairman, may have violated federal law by failing to disclose the receipt of 75,000 shares of stock from a Kremlin-financed company when he joined the Obama White House in 2014, according to the Daily Caller News Foundation’s Investigative Group.
The Obama Administration made two official requests to FISA last year. The first one in June was denied by the FISA court (which consists of judges appointed By Bush, Reagan, Carter, Obama and Bill Clinton).
Denials of FISA applications by the FISC may be appealed to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review. The Court of Review is a three judge CLINTON APPOINTED panel. Since its creation, the court has come into session twice: in 2002 and 2008.
Although the second submission to FISA in October, 2016, was successful, no evidence was found to substantiate the original claim of President Trump's involvement with Russian banks...Yet the wiretapping continued.
Fox News is reporting the wire tapping was was filed as "due diligence"....not "probable cause".
The only problem is you can't do that with FISA. No fishing expeditions, there must be evidence of clear danger.

It's also important to understand that a FISA national-security investigation is not a criminal investigation. It is not a probe to uncover criminal activity; it is a classified effort to discover what a potentially hostile foreign government may be up to on American soil. Additionally, it is also an illegal act for Justice Department to use its FISA authority for the real purpose of trying to build a criminal investigation.
As most of you know James O'Keefe released another damning video today. This one directly links Hillary Clinton and the DNC with staged protesters and rioters at Trump Rallies.
According to James O'Keefe, who was a guest on Shawn Hannity's radio program this afternoon, this is way bigger than Watergate.
But how to get the exposure through a bought and paid for media?

According to O'Keefe, the way to stop Hillary and have her face charges ASAP before the elections is to go through the Federal Election Commission.
So I made a phone call to the FEC and asked how the public can demand an investigation. I was informed that we need to write a notarized letter to the FEC and address it to the "Office of General Counsel".
Many of you want change, unfortunately, so far, you haven't taken action to bring change. This is your chance. This is something that must be done, so do it today. We have TWO weeks left. Then, our country changes forever, one way or the other.

I am requesting that the Federal Election Commission immediately open an investigation in respect to the above mentioned parties failing to abide by the Federal Election Laws. These respondents misled the public about the true identity of speakers and funding sources for political protests and advocacy campaigns . This sort of evasion undermines the public’s trust in the electoral process and allows elite political operatives to operate above the law.
Furthermore it is my belief that these unlawful actions trigger criminal penalties under 52 U.S.C. § 30109(d)(1)(A)(i).
