Obama's Justice Department Wiretapping of Trump and the FISA Appeals Court That Approved It

The Obama Administration made two official requests to FISA last year.  The first one in June was denied by the FISA court (which consists of judges appointed By Bush, Reagan, Carter, Obama and Bill Clinton).

Denials of FISA applications by the FISC may be appealed to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review. The Court of Review is a three judge CLINTON APPOINTED panel. Since its creation, the court has come into session twice: in 2002 and 2008.

Although the second submission to FISA in October, 2016, was successful, no evidence was found to substantiate the original claim of President Trump's involvement with Russian banks...Yet the wiretapping continued.

Fox News is reporting the wire tapping was was filed as "due diligence"....not "probable cause".

The only problem is you can't do that with FISA. No fishing expeditions, there must be evidence of clear danger.

It's also important to understand that a FISA national-security investigation is not a criminal investigation.  It is not a probe to uncover criminal activity; it is a classified effort to discover what a potentially hostile foreign government may be up to on American soil. Additionally, it is also an illegal act for Justice Department to use its FISA authority for the real purpose of trying to build a criminal investigation.

Who Are The Real Terrorists?

A gunman who kills a dozen people, swears allegiance to ISIS is not considered a terrorist.  

A Muslim screams "Allah Ackbar" and murders innocent citizens and it's considered "work place violence".

The government assassinates a protester and calls him a "terrorist".  No charges, no trial, no nothing.  The government considers itself judge, jury and executioner without any regard for the Constitution.

"The Provost Marshal General (PMG) is the principal Army Staff (ARSTAF) officer for the development and execution of the Army Policing Functions and the principal military advisor to the Secretary of the Army and Chief of Staff of the Army on policing matters."

 

So I wonder, who has set up blockades in areas around Burns, Oregon?  Road blocks that are STILL in place today February 9, 2016?  And who approved this action?

Motorists are being pulled over and interrogated. And even worse!  Eyewitness accounts state that Biometric technology is being used on innocent US Citizens!

Completely searched the vehicle and all its contents. Even drove the vehicle. At one point an agent threatened to bash my husband in the balls while he was on his knees with a gun in his face!
Really?? 

This is a prime example of excessive force by people who have been given authority roles and take their power too far.

My husband may be a big man, but he was in no way a threat to them or anyone else. He just needed to get to the ranch to feed the cows!"

HARNEY COUNTY POLICE STATE. Please share this information as far and fast as you can. Please call the Harney county sheriff. Call your Senators, Congressman and even your neighbors please! People living in the Diamond/French Glenn area that are headed to Burns to work-shop-do business there, it doesn't matter are being subject to being stopped at a road block. Being removed from there vehicles then having that vehicle searched also being body searched. told to walk down the road with their hands in the air!!! while a government official drives their vehicle behind them. 

One person endured this and the government person driving their vehicle ran over a spike strip ruining two of his tires. Les Schwabs had to come out and replace his tires. Ranchers and locals can't perform there jobs because many don't want to go through this and they don't want their CHILDREN to have to endure this.

 I called the Harney county sheriff office and asked why this is going on ?? The response was for public safety ! WHAT??? Listen folks this is a police state, I need to go to that area to work.   I have done nothing wrong and I will not subject myself to this fascist/ totalitarian type of my "safety". I will not comply!! Period!! 

So I ask you...Is this Martial Law?

Well, let's see how "Martial Law" is defined:  

The exercise of government and control by military authorities over the civilian population of a designated territory.  Certain civil liberties may be suspended, such as the right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures, freedom of association and freedom of movement.

I'll ask again...IS THIS MARTIAL LAW?

On a "State Level" a governor may declare martial law within his or her own state.  The power to do so is usually granted in the state constitution. 

Governor Kate Brown...have you declared Martial Law?

If the answer is "NO", then every stop, every search, every seizure is UNCONSTITUTIONAL and charges must be brought against Sheriff Ward, Judge Hasty and Kate Brown, as well as any local state, federal and OUTSIDE law enforcement agency involved in this over reach.

There are too many things that aren't making sense. More Feds and equipment there than before, with only 4 guys holed up? Take over of a school over 30 miles from the refuge...for WHAT? Black Hawk Helicopters? The media blackout Why? Something bigger is going down....and it's time for people to wake up!

Is it really about "racism" and the Confederate Flag?  The real issue here is that we are at war.   It is a well known and often used tactic of war to destroy the symbols of power of your enemy to DEMORALIZE THEM.

Take a look at the World Trade Center and the power those two buildings exuded! Would there have been any other building in the country that was as great a testament to the power and success of the United States of America?  If you don't think  the attack on WTC was carried out as a message to the United States,  then the unimaginable act of building a mosque on the site many of us consider "sacred ground" is the ultimate symbol of conquest and a slap in the face of the American people. 

The United States is not a stranger to this tactic, we saw them use it in Baghdad, when the 3rd Battalion, 4th Marines Regiment, covered the face of the statue of Saddam Hussein with the US flag before they toppled it.

This entire flag debacle was not a grass roots effort.  It was led BY THE GOVERNMENT. Allegedly, THE GOVERNMENT contacted Amazon and other retailers to warn them to stop selling the Confederate Flag.  Where is it written in our Constitution that the government has the authority to tell free enterprise what to sell and not sell? Remarkably, Nazi and Nation of Islam flags are still available!

Amazon aside, the truth is we are at war, and the American Citizens are clueless.  We have paid Ferguson demonstrators(see story here by Allen West), the evisceration all across the country of our police officers, led by statements made by government leaders, starting at the beginning of Obama's term with "The Police Acted Stupidly", and all the while, the American sheep overwhelmed with white guilt and bullshit from the media, side with the enemy and dig America's grave by deleting our history, so that it can be re-written.

Consequently, I cannot refer to these people as "liberals" any longer.  These people are communist!  Consider the following...

Definition of Communism:  A class war leading to a society in which all property is publicly owned and each person works and is paid according to their abilities and needs.

And that is exactly what our government is doing....class warfare and mass take-over of property, as well as private enterprise.

They have gotten rid of the Declaration of Independence, any kind of symbolism that remotely signifies Christianity (Muslim okay though) and the “Confederate Flag” as the commies call it. They now want to remove statues and memorials that signify our past history.  They want government control over health care, the internet, free speech, property, death, education, your kids, vaccinations, school lunches, fast food, soft drinks, electrical use,  gmo's, rain, water ways, ponds, streams rivers, regardless of who's property it is on, and advocate the buying up of land by the government while stacking us slaves in consolidated housing to “save the environment”.

Government is in every aspect of our lives and most Americans are too lazy and stupid to see it!  And while our forefathers chose to fight injustice in a Civil War, we seem content fighting our wars on Social Media.  God help our Country!

No Justice, No Peace Responsible for Murder

Alright, let's get a couple of things straight. First and foremost, this was a premeditated murder to avenge the murder of Brown and Gardner, as evidenced by the Instagram photo above posted by the murderer. 

Second, the murderer of 2 cops in New York City was a MUSLIM Black man as he posted on his Facebook page

Third, Obama, Sharpton, Holder and DeBlasio are DIRECTLY to blame for the deaths of these 2 cops.  

In his statement regarding Ferguson, Obama fuels the flames of racism by commenting "Too many young men of color feel targeted by law enforcement - guilty of walking while black or driving while black, judged by stereotypes that fuel fear and resentment and hopelessness."  Never once asking  men of color to respect other's property, to stop stealing, to obey the law.  The blame, based on Obama's statement rests solely on the police.

Fourth, the "No Justice, No Peace" demonstrators are accessories to these murders.

 "What do we want? Dead cops! When do we want it? Now!"

Words have consequences.  Did these people incite the murder? 

 And furthermore, why are they celebrating on twitter?

Oh the hypocrisy of the protesters!  Their crocodile tears fall like ice cold rivers on a December morning.  They send their condolences to the families of the slain Officers, and distance themselves from the "crazy" thug murderer.  Yet these same people  refuse to recognize that Darren Wilson also had a right to protect HIS life from a crazed thug!  

NEVER in my life have I witnessed such utter stupidity that blacks would burn down their neighborhoods, loot their own stores, and KILL 2 COPS to get their message across! This is one FUCKED UP country, and it needs to get straightened out QUICK! It is up to each and every one of you to ACT NOW!!!

Obama Executive Order: Peacetime Martial Law?

Before we begin, let's understand one thing first....The Globalists want an Authoritarian System. They want to destroy freedom, destroy self sufficiency, destroy America as it was designed by it's founders.

In 2009, the Rand Corporation developed a report entitled, “A Stability Police Force for the United States, Justification and Options for Creating US Capabilities.” The stated purpose of this police force is to merge the functions of the Department of Homeland Security with military units to create a “high end” police force like those currently being developed in Europe. This organization would have jurisdiction over local civilian police departments. The report provides information on funding, manpower, training, and political considerations. It makes no secret that it is directed against the U.S. citizen.

If anyone wanted to see THE FALL OF OUR REPUBLIC this is what it would look like....
On January 11, 2010 Obama signed an executive order for the “Establishment of the Council of Governors,” granting the president the authority to appoint a ten-person council to rule the country in case of an emergency, further expanding NSPD-51 and HSPD-20. Max Weber did a similar thing in Weimar Germany after WWI when he worked to create Article 48 that would give the German Chancellor dictatorial powers in case of an emergency. Hitler took advantage of Article 48 by having his own Storm Troopers burn down the Reichstag (German Parliament) while blaming it on the Jews. Using this as a pretext Hitler then declared martial law and the world would never be the same.

• EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months.
• EXECUTIVE ORDER 12148 created the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) that is to interface with the Department of Defense for civil defense planning and funding. An “emergency czar” was appointed. FEMA has only spent about 6 percent of its budget on national emergencies, the bulk of their funding has been used for the construction of secret underground facilities to assure continuity of government in case of a major emergency, foreign or domestic.
• EXECUTIVE ORDER 12656 appointed the National Security Council as the principal body that should consider emergency powers. This allows the government to increase domestic intelligence and surveillance of U.S. citizens and would restrict the freedom of movement within the United States and granted the government the right to isolate large groups of civilians. The National Guard could be federalized to seal all borders and take control of U.S. air space and all ports of entry.

My point? Americans expect Martial Law to be a "10" on a scale of 1 to 10. We expect to see the government lining people up and shooting them. We are not seeing that Martial Law is being incrementally forced on us.

Here are just a few Executive Orders that would suspend the Constitution and the Bill or Rights. Some have been on record for nearly 30 years and could be enacted by a stroke of the president's pen. How have we been asleep for so long? Is it any wonder we are in this situation now?

• EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990 allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.
• EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995 allows the government to seize and control the communication media.
• EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997 allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.
• EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.
• EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.
• EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.
• EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.
• EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.
• EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.
• EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005 allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.

So let's take a look at where our compacency has taken us:

• We have a appliances in our house and our cars that can spy on us
• Google admitted 6 years ago that they accessed citizen's webcam's to spy on them
• Connecticut trying to pass legislation to put a microchip in license plates
• TSA Harrassment and humiliation American citizens.
• Schools vaccinating children without parental permission
• Homeland Security monitoring keywords on Social Media
• TSO Stopping and Harrassing Motorists on Highways
• Feeding homeless people in Philadelphia is outlawed

I could go on and on with this list. The purpose though, is to make you see how far we have fallen. According to some experts we are 70% there, yes 70% on our way, to COMPLETE Martial Law. And it's being done incrementally.

So, I say to you again, if anyone wanted to see what the FALL OF THE REPUBLIC looks like....YOU'RE LOOKING AT IT!

So Obama Wants To Take Over Health Care?

Well, let's take a look at how well he did with low income housing in Chicago...I mean since Obama's all about "sharing the wealth" "community organizing" and all that.

I mean, Obama said it himself on April 1, 2008: “My record speaks for itself. While Hillary Clinton was in the White House, I was a community organizer in the streets of Chicago, working to help people create neighborhood places to hang-out and have fun. It will take that kind of bottom-up approach to give the American people the great places they desire and deserve.”

This scares me..let's face it, Obama's not that keen on America to begin with, and when he says he's going to give us what we "deserve", it makes me nervous.

So let's see if Obama gave the poor people of Chicago "what they deserve".

During the brutal winter of 1997, tenants shivered without heat in a government-subsidized apartment building on Chicago's South Side...

During January and early February, temperatures routinely dipped to around ten degrees below zero.

But Tony Rezko and his partner, Daniel Mahru, owners of The Rezmar Corporation, a real estate development couldn't rustle up enough money to get the building's heat turned back on.

"No one should have to live like this, and no one did anything about it," said Cynthia Ashley, who has lived at Grove Parc since 1994.

The tenants there had no heat from Dec. 27, 1996, until at least Feb. 3, 1997, when the city of Chicago sued. It was during this exact period that the district's new state senator -- Barack Obama -- received a $1,000 donation from Rezmar. The date was Jan. 14, 1997.

Eleven of Rezko's buildings were in Obama's district (and all were in close proximity to the district). The results of Rezko's housing experiment?

• Seventeen buildings -- many beset with code violations, including a lack of heat -- ended up in foreclosure.
• Six buildings are currently boarded up.
• Hundreds of the apartments are vacant, in need of major repairs.
• Taxpayers have been stuck with millions in unpaid loans.
• At least a dozen times, the city of Chicago sued Rezmar for failure to heat buildings.

Did State Senator Obama ever complain to anyone about the conditions of Rezmar's buildings? There is apparently no documented evidence that Obama stood up for his constituents. As a matter of fact the opposite seems true:

As a state senator, Barack Obama wrote letters to city and state officials supporting his political patron Tony Rezko's successful bid to get more than $14 million from taxpayers to build apartments for senior citizens.

The deal included $855,000 in development fees for Rezko and his partner, Allison S. Davis, Obama's former boss, according to records from the project, which was four blocks outside Obama's state Senate district.

Obama's campaign spokesperson, in a written response to Globe questions, affirmed the candidate's support of Public-private partnerships as an alternative to public housing, saying that Obama has "consistently fought to make livable, affordable housing in mixed-income neighborhoods available to all." (REALLY?)

Valerie Jarrett, defending Obama's position that public-private partnerships are superior to public housing. said "Government is just not as good at owning and managing as the private sector because the incentives are not there. (And the Government is going to run our health care?)

Fast Forward: February 9, 2008

“Homeland security arrests us ‘cause we are trying to stay in our homes. We told them, ‘Housing is a human right and we wasn’t goin’ without a fight!’” said Grove Parc tenant and Southside Together Organizing for Power (STOP) organizer Lonnie Richardson amidst cheers of tenants and supporters gathered on a cold November day outside the offices of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in downtown Chicago.

These Tenants reside at the Grove Parc Plaza Apartments, which sits in the shadows of the University of Chicago and the proposed site for the 2016 Olympic Stadium...(Hmmm...weird coincidence?)

So, based on this story, I have a question...

You can't manage a "community organizing" in Chicago, how in the hell are you going to run our health care system?

The goal of the U.S. Census Bureau's partnership program is to combine the strengths of state, local, and tribal governments, community-based organizations, faith-based organizations, schools, media, businesses and others to ensure an accurate 2010 Census. While not (sic) Census bureau employees, partners are advocates for census cooperation and participation. They serve a trusted voices within their communities and are critical to our strategy to count everyone once, only once, and in the right place.

The Census Bureau has established criteria for partnerships, which are listed on our Web site at <www.census.gov >, and reserves the right to decline partnership or to terminate an existing partnership agreement with any group that 1) may create a negative connotation for the Census Bureau; 2) could distract from the Census Bureau's mission; or, 3) may make people fearful of participating in the census.

To that end, and in keeping with the standards we shared with your organization and others who volunteered to partner with the Census Bureau to help promote the 2010 Census, we are today terminating our Partnership Agreement with ACORN.

Over the last several months, through ongoing communication with our regional offices, it is clear that ACORN's affiliation with the 2010 Census promotion has caused sufficient concern in the general public, has indeed become a distraction from our mission, and may even become a discouragement to public cooperation, negatively impacting 2010 Census efforts.

While not decisive factors in this decision, recent events concerning several local offices of ACORN have added to the worsening negative perceptions of ACORN and its affiliation with our partnership efforts.

We do not come to this decision lightly. It was our original assessment that your organization could be helpful in encouraging cooperation with the 2010 Census among individuals who are historically hard to count, including renters, low-income residents, the linguistically isolated, and others. As of today, we have close to 80,000 partnership agreements with national and local groups - many of whom are trusted voices and serve these same populations - and we will be relying upon those groups to continue our outreach in the communities you serve. The full participation of those populations remains of utmost importance to us.

Unfortunately, we no longer have confidence that our national partnership agreement is being effectively managed through your many local offices. For the reasons stated, we therefore have decided to terminate the partnership.

Funny, I was wondering what it would take for the Main Stream Media to FINALLY report on this story. It's amazing that a story about forced child prositution didn't do it. It tells you what we are dealing with when it comes to the Media.

Mandatory Vaccines and Religious Exemptions

The information listed below is for the State of Florida, most States should have similar laws....you need to check with your State's health department.

Q: What is a religious exemption?

A religious exemption for vaccination is a written form certifying that the parent's objection to immunization for religious reasons exempts the parent and child from state vaccination requirements. It is only necessary for use in Florida Public and private schools for kindergarten through grade 12.

A religious exemption is for anyone who has a sincere religious conflict with vaccination. A religious objection may be expressly implied by religious denomination or it may be based on an individual's own moral/spiritual conscience to live God's Word.

Q: What constitutes a religious conflict with vaccination?

All vaccines are made in violation of God's Word. Vaccines are made with toxic chemicals that are injected into the bloodstream by vaccination. All vaccines are made with foreign proteins (viruses and bacteria), and some vaccines are made with genetically engineered viral and bacterial materials.

A conflict arises if you believe that man is made in God's image and the injection of toxic chemicals and foreign proteins into the bloodstream is a violation of God's directive to keep the body/temple holy and free from impurities.

A conflict arises if you accept God's warning not to mix the blood of man with the blood of animals. Many vaccines are produced in animal tissues.

A conflict arises if your religious convictions are predicated on the belief that all life is sacred. God's commandment "Thou Shall Not Kill" applies to the practice of abortion. When you believe that the practice of abortion should not be encouraged or supported in any way, a conflict arises with the use of vaccines produced in aborted fetal tissue even though you did not have any other connection with the abortions from which the vaccines are derived.

Q: What religions qualify for religious exemption?

The statutory language for Florida vaccine policy clearly states that religious exemption must be granted without question if vaccination conflicts with a person's religious convictions. A religious objection may be expressly implied by religious denomination or it may be based on an individual's own moral/spiritual conscience to live God's Word.

Agents acting on behalf of the state in vaccination matters are prohibited from requesting ANY administrative proof that explains the recipient's religious belief or that proves membership in an "acceptable" or specific religion. The state may NOT discriminate between religious denominations and may NOT make judgments regarding religious convictions.

Q: What specific scriptural teachings form the basis for religious objection to the practice of vaccination?

The New Testament epistles provide an exposition of Christian teaching regarding ethical behavior. Christians think of life as a gift of God and the body as a marvelous work of divine creation to be reverenced as a temple of God (I Corinthians 3:16, 6:19). To keep the body/temple holy and clean from blemish, scripture warns against defiling the body. (I Corinthians 3:17, 2 Corinthians 7:1).

There is no scriptural support for injecting poisons or any virus into the bloodstream to cure or prevent disease. The Old and New Testaments, however, are replete with references to keeping the body blemish-free so that we may have abundant life.

Q: Where can I obtain a religious exemption from vaccination?

A religious exemption from vaccination must be obtained from a county health department. Religious exemption is not authorized or issued by schools or physicians.

Every county health department issues a standardized approved religious exemption form (DH 681) that includes the following written statement from the parent or legal guardian:

"I am the parent or legal guardian of the above-named child. Immunizations are in conflict with my religious tenets or practices. Therefore, I request that my child be enrolled in school, preschool, child day care facilities, or family day care homes without immunizations required by sections 232.032, F.S., 402.305, F.S., and 402.313 F.S." (232.032 is now 1003.22)

The Florida statute regarding either proof of vaccination or authorized exemption for entry into school (FS 1003.22) is a state-wide requirement that applies to all students enrolled in all Florida public and private K-12 schools. All county health departments are obliged to authorize a religious exemption when requested. Therefore, your request for religious exemption can be provided by any county health department.

Q: Is it necessary to schedule an appointment in advance with the county health director to obtain a religious exemption?

You may want to call your county health department and inquire as to the procedures for obtaining a religious exemption. It is not necessary to provide detailed information about your request at that time (your name or your child's name). Be sure to ask for the specific address of the office that authorizes religious exemptions as well as the name of the director or authorized agent who will be signing the form and the hours of operation. Some counties have more than one office location, so you will need to know which office issues authorized religious exemptions.

Because authorization of religious exemption is simply a matter of having the religious exemption certificate (DH 681) signed by the director, it should be only necessary to have an advance appointment if there is some reason an authorized agent is not available each day of operation for signature.

If the county's procedures include requirements for counseling and/or waiting periods after the request is made and before the certificate is issued, ask where the statutory authority for requesting additional administrative details or imposing this additional burden on you comes from. This information is important for understanding how this county is attempting to circumvent the statutory limitations of this mandate.

Whether you make an appointment or request an exemption on demand by walk-in, know that all county health departments have been directed by the Bureau of Immunization to issue a religious exemption when requested. The provisions of the statute must be uniformly applied by all agents acting on behalf of the state. Officials may not discriminate against religious beliefs.

Q: What information do I need to provide the county health department when I request a religious exemption?

Florida law provides that you are entitled to a religious exemption. When requesting a religious exemption, it is NOT necessary to provide any administrative evidence that proves your religious beliefs. Any agent acting on behalf of the state in compliance with vaccine mandates may not ask for religious documentation, letters from religious leaders, or church membership. It is also not necessary to discuss any other particulars regarding your beliefs or your child's health history.

The standardized approved religious exemption form (DH 681) requires only your child’s name and birth date, the requesting parent or legal guardian's name, the date of authorization, and the signatures of the county director and the parent/guardian. The social security number of the child is optional, but not required. You need only provide valid identification.

Q: Can I get an exemption from some vaccines?

The vaccine dilemma applies to both the decision of whether to vaccinate or not, as well as to the decision to vaccinate with only specific vaccines.

On the first question, one could desire never to vaccinate based entirely on religious grounds or based on a belief that all vaccination is inherently dangerous because (1) all vaccines are toxic, (2) the theory that vaccinations improves immune function is flawed, and (3) injecting harmful substances, including attenuated diseases, into the blood stream is ethically immoral.

Similarly, there are both religious and non-religious reasons fordeciding the second question. The theory that vaccination improves immune function need not be disputed to conclude that there are unacceptably high known risks, including death, associated with certain vaccinations (though reasons for those risks is not generally understood). Likewise, some vaccines are inherently more dangetous than others. Also, the risk for getting some diseases is less than the immunological risks associated with the vaccine for that disease. For that reason, a parent may desire to vaccinate for only the diseases with which a child is likely to be infected or feared to be infected. If your religious objection concerns use of vaccines developed from aborted fetuses, you may desire to never use those vaccines while having no objection to other vaccines.

If you believe that some vaccines are not objectionable and con be useful, then you should have the right to decide on one, some or all vaccines, and you should be able to determine when to have them administered. Ethics in medicine generally requires informed consent for all medical procedures, including vaccination. Public health law undercuts that ethical standard by purporting to eliminate informed consent for parents of children enrolled in K-12 public and private schools, childcare, daycare or other preschools.

Because vaccine policy adheres to one-size-fits-all full vaccination schedules determined by public health officials, you are not free to decide optimal timing forvaccinations or pick and choose which vaccines to utilize. You are not free to choose to withhold vaccination in the event that your child is not fully healthy before the deadline for compliance, and you may not claim to know whether your child is at risk for immunological consequences when your doctor or pediatrician says otherwise.

Florida’s vaccine policy seems to demands that you choose either all vaccinations or none, regardless of individual circumstances or health history. Unless a doctor has a reason to authorize a medical exemption, your only options with current vaccine policy are to (1) comply with accepted vaccine standards and all mandates, or (2) have religious objections to vaccination because partial exemptions and exemptions for personal or philosophical reasons are not permitted in Florida.

If you realize that the administration of immunizing agents conflicts with your religious belief after some vaccines have been administered, you are entitled to a religious exemption from vaccination.

Q: What should I say if the health department asks me if my child has had any vaccines?

Unless you submitted a completed Opt Out Form (DH 1478) to the Department of Health, your child's vaccine history may already be automatically tracked in the Florida SHOTS computer vaccine registry system. Since January 2003, every child born in a Florida hospital is automatically registered into this database (the information is forwarded to the system by Vital Statistics). If your child has a record in Florida SHOTS, his/her vaccine information is readily available for review by health officials, school administrators, doctors and nurses who have been approved for access.

If your child was born before January 1, 2003, he/she may or may not have a record in the vaccine registry. You may find out if your child has a record in the Florida SHOTS database system by calling the Bureau of Immunization at 877-888-7468.

It is not necessary to discuss any particulars regarding your religious beliefs or your child's health history. Vaccine history is not relevant to the fact that vaccination conflicts with your religious beliefs, and your request for a religious exemption cannot be denied.

Having vaccine history is not an indication that your religious conflict with vaccination is less sincere than if your child has had no vaccines.

Agents of the state authorized by mandate to implement vaccine policy are prohibited from questioning the validity of a parent's religious objection. Please be aware that the Florida Supreme Court emphasized in Board of Health vs. Curry (1998) that any attempt to investigate a request for exemption clearly exceeds statutory authority.

If you are asked by county health department personnel whether your child has had any vaccines and/or if other comments about your child's vaccine history are expressed with respect to your request for religious exemption, you may want to:
ask the reason this information is being requested; mention that the Florida Supreme Court has ruled that any attempt to investigate your request for religious exemption exceeds their statutory authority; remind the department official that vaccine history may not be used to deny a religious exemption.
