What is a Victicrat?

According to Larry Elder, who claims he invented the word the definition of Victicrat is: "Victi" as in victim, and the suffix "-crat" as in a supporter of a certain kind of ruling body.

Some other definitions found in the "Urban Dictionary":

-Someone who believes every negative situation in their life is brought on because of their race.

-Someone who utilizes "the race card" as grounds for argument/ defense/offense in any situation applicable.

-Somebody that believes themself to be a victim in every situation such that they just stop trying.



BTW, what is BMW?

BMW stand for Bitch, Moan, and Whine, a common practice among victicrats. Apparently, it's easier than actually doing something about one's problems.
