Lord Monckton served as a policy adviser to Margaret Thatcher. He has repeatedly challenged Al Gore to a debate to which Gore has refused. Monckton sued to stop Gore's film "An Inconvenient Truth" from being shown in British schools due to its inaccuracies. The judge found in-favor of Monckton, ordering 9 serious errors in the film to be corrected. Lord Monckton travels internationally in an attempt to educating the public about the myth of global warming.

Of Special Note Paragraph 36 and 38 refer to new "government".
It appears to be the Distribution of Wealth to non-industrial countries and a punishment for our continued emmisions causing Global Climate Change.
We will be punished nationally with Cap and Trade and we will be punished internationally with signing of this Treaty.
Interview:
Glenn Beck Interview Lord Monckton. Monckton explains some of the controversial issues the Global Climate Treaty in this interview. Including details regarding the ratification of the treaty.
Article VI, 2nd para: “This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.”
IOW a Treaty would have to be made (and ratified) “under the authority of the United States”, and NO president has the authority to simply sign away our sovereignty. NO Senate can do that either, and in any case it takes “2/3 of the Senators present” to ratify a treaty [Article II, Section 2], a political impossibility even under this Democrat-dominated Senate. And can anyone imagine a Supreme Court of any stripe allowing a treaty to strip IT of its judicial powers?
I'm not saying Barack might not try. But he will risk a civil war, a REAL civil war, if he does.
Look up "HopenHagen".
